NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!

Created by Park View personal trainers this class has been devised for those in optimum fitness to ensure maximum cardio output. Combining conditioning floor based exercises and spin, B.L.A.C Out is high intensity class with very little rest. Resulting in EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) aka 'afterburn', which speeds your metabolic rate and gives you a metabolism boost for up to 48 hours after a class.
